Traci leads Provider Services Nationwide with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management and business operations. As CEO, she sets the vision for the company and ensures every client receives the personalized, hands-on support they need to build a thriving practice.

Her career has spanned both healthcare and corporate leadership roles, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to build successful organizations.

Highlights of Traci’s Experience

Traci has over 30 years in healthcare and business leadership. She has managed compliance, credentialing, and insurance contracting for a major hospital group, overseen a 10-provider orthopedic practice through the transition to EHR, and expanded a pediatric dental office into two thriving locations with 30 staff. Her background also includes leadership roles at Toys R Us, Baby Superstore, and Disney.

Education & Personal

A University of Kentucky graduate, Traci lives in Bowling Green, KY, and brings her unique mix of healthcare expertise and corporate leadership to help providers build successful practices.
